This book is a collection of exercises I put together to create an Exercise Challenge for CFS to gain energy transformation, a positive mental outlook, and an awakening of the soul. These 21 days are based on my knowledge of holistic fitness which I have gathered over the last 15 years. It has been a long process of understanding how to visualize and implement all the loose ends of my findings and to put them together into images and words that people can understand and work with.
