Understanding your energetic self
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) profoundly affects your body, mind, and spirit. It’s not just about physical fatigue—it’s about how energy flows through your body, mind, and emotions, impacting your aura. By understanding these interconnections, you can better manage your condition while gaining deeper insights into the relationship between your aura and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
A clean, well-ventilated house
Imagine your body as a clean, well-ventilated house. The rubbish is taken out regularly, so it smells fresh and looks tidy. The windows are open, allowing a gentle breeze to flow through. When the sun is shining, the house is bright and sunlit. If something breaks, you fix it immediately so everyday life can run smoothly. There’s a positive and relaxed atmosphere, making life feel good and enjoyable.
A messy, neglected house
Now, imagine the opposite. Picture your body as a house that is messy and dirty. Items are scattered everywhere, and the rubbish hasn’t been taken out for ages. The windows are always closed, causing the air to become stagnant and the stench unbearable. Many things are broken and in need of repair. The curtains are drawn, and the sun struggles to shine through the windows. Negativity hangs in the air, heavy and oppressive.
Applying the house analogy to yourself
Now, use your imagination and apply this analogy to yourself. Let your thoughts be the air, your feelings the light and the views outside the windows, and your actions the cleaning and maintenance. It is easy to imagine how you can create a sick or healthy body without consciously wanting to. It can happen for all sorts of reasons. The goal is to understand why and how to help yourself and to take gentle actions toward self-healing.
The connection between your inner state and your well-being
This metaphor highlights how important it is to care for your inner world. When your body, mind, and emotions are in harmony, it’s like living in a well-maintained house. Conversely, neglecting self-care can lead to a state that feels chaotic and draining. Understanding these dynamics is a powerful step toward improving your well-being and managing CFS effectively.
Learning from experience: the importance of cleansing processes
Since suffering from CFS, I have studied the flow of energy, delved deeply into this area, and acquired a great deal of knowledge. I have studied the wisdom of ancient cultures, and the behaviour of my own body to the extent that I understand the importance of cleansing processes. Ever since then, I’ve become regimented with cleaning my house and often find myself smiling when I’m cleaning my kitchen, taking the rubbish out, or scrubbing the drain in the shower, thinking that I’m actually cleaning an entirely different vibrational level with it.
The human energy field
At this point, I would like to introduce you to the subtle energetic field that surrounds each of us. It is also known as aura, a term that many people can relate to in some way. If you suffer from chronic fatigue syndrome, it is helpful to understand the structure of your energy field, even if you can’t see it. Remember that there are many things we can’t see, including radio waves, UV radiation or data flying through space. All these things are invisible but are still real.
Feeling and seeing energy
A person’s energy can often be felt, whether it’s anger, joy, or sadness. However, some people can also see the energy field. It appears to them in certain colours that mix depending on what the person is thinking, and feeling, or what their mental and physical state is at that point. Some people’s auras can be dark, grey, or even transparent, especially when they’re sick or depressed. However, the appearance of the energy field can also be affected if people change, have new ideas, or take different action
A personal story: the colours of the aura
When I mention the colours of the aura, a story immediately comes to my mind. I was traveling with a good friend on the Sunshine Coast in Australia. Spirituality was a big movement there in the early 2000s, particularly in the Hinterlands of the Sunshine Coast. We found a great shop in the middle of the rainforest that sold healing stones and spiritual accessories. You could also have your aura photographed using a specially designed camera. I was very excited and intrigued. I knew which colours were associated with which personal characteristics.
First, I had my photo taken with only my upper body visible, and I was enveloped in a luminous bright blue and purple, symbolising compassion and spirituality. There was definitely energy in my aura despite Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, but why couldn’t it flow properly?aura and
My friend had the same glowing colours as me, and the photographer commented with astonishment when I was out in the garden; Oh look, two soul sisters out and about”. Because no one else had this beautiful colour combination that day.
