Hello, I am Theresia

I am passionate about exercise and developed the holistic exercise program Intune, blending my love for sports, spirituality, and the need to help myself.

For years, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) dictated my life, leaving me struggling for answers and disconnected from my true self. From CFS to empowering women, my journey has been one of transformation. Through daily movements and small, consistent efforts, I began to feel a shift. It wasn’t an overnight fix—it was a slow and steady process that taught me how rebuilding energy after periods of rest is vital for anyone with CFS.

Inspired by my journey and the wisdom of Eastern energy practices, I created Intune to help others nurture and balance their energy in a gentle yet effective way.

My background

Originally from Germany, I have spent over 15 years living in Australia, the Middle East, and India, immersing myself in both Eastern and Western approaches to healthy living. After years of living with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), I discovered how to manage my condition by integrating the best practices from both worlds, creating a daily exercise routine that transformed my life. From CFS to empowering women, my journey has been one of resilience and renewal.

I hold a degree in graphic design, am a certified personal trainer and yoga teacher, and now use my creative and fitness expertise to help others reconnect with their vitality and embrace a balanced, fulfilling life.
