The course consists of approximately 5-minute instructional videos of different training types, sequences, and exercises. The four main workout videos consist of cardio, strength, flexibility, relaxation exercises, and warm-up and cool-down videos. There is also an energy card with a positive mantra for each training day and two meditations for the days you are not training.
The training plan lasts four weeks. The first week, you’ll start with 10-minute workouts and add five more minutes each week until you exercise for 30 minutes.
